My sister Paulette so open and loving. Paulette could talk to a stranger and before the end of that conversation that stranger would think that they’ve known each other for years she knew how to put anyone at ease.
Momma would always keep us dressed in little dresses, and Mary Jane shoes make sure that we were always nice and neat. One thing for sure, though Paulette did not like getting her hair comb, cause she was very tender headed.
As children, we would always do things together, We started our first jobs together at the neighborhood youth core started on a bugle corps together.
I think about I miss my baby sister every day and will for the rest of my life ♥️♥️

My grandmother was an incredible woman, not just beautiful but so intelligent, loving, and absolutely hilarious. I still hear her humming and whistling to herself as she went about her day. She taught me to keep setting new goals to always be the best version of myself. Her support had an unbelievable impact on my life, and I’m sure the lives of many others. The stars are not the same without her light in this world and that loss is deeply felt.

Mom, there is nobody that is like you in this universe. You are a one of a kind, amazing human being. I am lucky to have had you as my Mother. None of us will ever forget your loony laugh at odd moments or the way you always managed to flip our perceptions of things with a well-placed comment or two. None of us will ever forget your classy and unique sense of style or the way that you had favorite places and things that you loved to eat and bring us along with to share. None of us will ever forget your sense of adventure and the fun we had on long road trips to Chicago and South Dakota.
Through social and political change, you rose up and you showed us how it was done. You navigated all of the challenges with discrimination, racism and sexism and you were so determined that you still still managed to pull out ahead. I will always admire you, along with dozens of other people that were fortunate to have you in their lives.
Your spirit is in all of us and will continue touching people for generations to come.
I love you.

My mom would always look on the bright side of things. Everyone always told me anytime anything wouldnt go right she would always have a positive attitude about it. And i always saw that my whole life. She was always very unbiased and that spread over to me from her. We always have fun road trips together and had the same sense of humor that i will miss about her as well as alot of other things. I wish i could hear her voice again. I along with many others will miss her deeply.
